How to evaluate peer's performance

The purposes of the peer evaluation is to provide appropriate feedback to assist the peer in  improving their collaborative work.  Fellow team members are able to best evaluate each other because you are aware of what occurred during your team project.  Therefore, please see it as a positive chance help fellow team members.  The instructor will not provide criteria for the team peer evaluations.  Perhaps your team may want to decide how peers should be evaluated and determine some evaluation criteria.

In general, there are a few common areas that peer can evaluate, such as communication, intellectual contribution, support, leadership, etc.
